Arada Capital Partners invests through search funds in solid, profitable companies with a history of growth, with the aim of implementing a strategic plan and seeking an exit after a number of years.
We invest with the intention of getting involved and adding value wherever it is needed. Our goal is to hold a limited number of exceptional search funds in the portfolio, which allows us to provide maximum value to each of them individually.
What we provide
- During the search. We help entrepreneurs by providing the tools, contacts and framework to maximise their chances of finding the right company.
- During acquisition and sale. With our M&A experience we support searchers through the structuring of bilateral or competitive processes, valuation modelling, due diligence organisation, VDR preparation, site visits, management presentations and legal documentation.
- After acquisition. Through our management and advisory team we provide support, guidance and mentoring to the searchers and to the company acquired.
How we invest
We invest globally, with a particular focus on Europe and the United Kingdom, and we analyse each potential investment on its own merits — objectively and in isolation, regardless of which sectors or countries are already represented in the portfolio.
The search funds we back look for solid, profitable companies with a track record of growth. Together with them we aim to implement a strategic plan and take the acquired company to the next level, giving continuity to the pillars of its success and building on the founder's legacy.
