Eolo Capital is a Search Fund established to identify, acquire, and operate an SME in Italy. The Eolo Capital team, led by Antonio Garufi and Angelo Sacca, will jointly manage the acquired company alongside the existing team. Meanwhile, Eolo Capital’s investors, including Arada Capital Partners, will contribute their extensive operational and management expertise to the project through the Board of Directors.

Antonio, CFA, has over 15 years of experience in equity investment, having worked at firms such as Astor, Decalia, and Sterling. As a specialist in business model analysis and investment strategies, he has strong expertise in capital structure, cash flow optimization, and profitability (JPMorgan). Additionally, he has deep sector expertise in healthcare, services, industrial, and environmental sectors. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Bocconi University and a Ph.D. in Economics (VC) from the University of Messina. He has furthered his education at Columbia University (Value Investing), Harvard Kennedy School (Investment Decisions), and Harvard Business School (Strategic Financial Analysis), and is a CFA Charterholder from the CFA Institute.
Angelo, CFA, has a strong background in private equity, covering the full investment cycle at Athora, the investment vehicle of Apollo Global Management. He has led over 20 M&A, JV, and IPO transactions, both as an investor (Athora) and an advisor (UBS, Greenhill), in addition to having experience in general management and business transformation across Europe. He holds a degree in Marketing and Communications from the University of Siena and has furthered his education at ECODA, Stanford GSB, and the CFA Institute, where he earned his CFA Charterholder designation.
