Muri Capital is a search fund whose objective is to find, manage and grow a small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) over the long term. Muri Capital will conduct a multi-sector, Iberian-wide search. Following the acquisition, Muri Capital will invest and implement a growth plan to ensure a sustainable future for the company, respecting its history and the legacy of the founding team.
Muri Capital’s founder, Álvaro González Villareal, will focus exclusively on the day-to-day management of the acquired company, with a commitment to preserve its history and create long-term value by leveraging various growth levers identified during due diligence and analysis.
Muri Capital is an entrepreneurial project founded by Álvaro and backed by national and international investors, including institutional funds such as Arada Capital Partners, entrepreneurs, businessmen and CEOs.
Álvaro began his career at Acciona Energy, where he held various roles in Innovation, Strategy and Business Development and, for 4 years, as Deputy General Manager for Europe. More recently, he has been Business Development Director at COMANSA, one of the world’s leading tower crane manufacturers.
Specialised in managing companies in international environments, he has achieved great results in the growth of companies.
Álvaro has a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Public University of Navarra and an MBA with a scholarship from ICEX.
