New Roglass is a Milan-based glass recycler operating three state-of-the-art plants with authorized capacity of up to 128,000 tons per year, placing it among Italy’s top seven players and a pivotal supplier in Northern Italy, where demand for furnace-ready cullet exceeds available supply. The company converts waste into high-quality secondary raw materials—furnace-ready cullet, pretreated glass, and recovered metals—and over the last twelve months generated approximately €10.5 million in revenue and around €2 million in EBITDA (about a 20 percent margin).
The acquisition was executed through Cassandra Investments, the search fund led by Emanuele Charalambis and Riccardo Donadel, who will serve as co-Chief Executive Officers. Their mandate is to steer New Roglass into its next phase of growth with a focus on operational excellence, sustainability, and disciplined expansion.
